years of food obsession have helped me develop my niche: 

inventive cottage (and maybe one day retail) food products that make local food more accessible

private events with 100% personal menus using as many Upper Peninsula & Great Lakes region ingredients as possible

I was born in a Wisconsin hospital, but grew up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I entered the food industry at the age of 16 with no intention of staying. Years later, I'm now self described as food obsessed. I truly believe that a more centralized and local food system will bring healthier communities and stronger economies

- but most of all food is spiritual and cultural and it's my way of communicating to, connecting with and understanding the world.

My food is seasonal and utilizes as many local ingredients as possible. 
This is non-negotiable.
